What We’re Doing

Bringing Labor and Management together through events that foster working together, provide education, and encouraging youth to understand the meaning of working together

High School Collective Bargaining Workshops
A full day of mock negotiations held in the spring and fall for local school districts.  Coaches with negotiation experience assist students in the real world scenario of negotiating a settled contract

Annual Spring Conference
Every March we bring labor and management together to learn about hot topics, changes to legislation, communication, contracts, and many other topics affecting both labor and management.

Contract Administration Fall Conference
A new conference/workshop brining education and vital information about contract administration

Labor-Management Golf Outing
A fun event meant to bring labor and management together outside of the workplace
